Purdue v. Mt. St. Joe: Final Score: 5 to 14 (Loss)

After playing the Buckeye's, the Purdue squad immediately faced-off against the Lions of Mount St Joe for their second scrimmage of the day. The Lions got off to a quick start against the Boiler's and for the most part, were able to maintain that momentum throughout the game. Despite Purdue's better focus the Lions took full advantage of Purdue's inability to possess the ball effectively on offense. With some great midfield shooting the Lions quickly racked up the points much to Purdue's dismay.
The final score was 14 to 5 in favor of Mount St. Joe.
The Hammer was awarded to Andrew Gannon and Linden Kelley
The Sledge was awarded to Mike O'Neill
The Shovel was earned by the entire team
A new award was created, The Gumby, for ability to rebound. The inaugural recipient was John Bowie.
Purdue v. Ohio State: Final Score: 4 to 12 (Loss)

Travelling to Cincinnati, the Boilermakers first faced Ohio State Club. It was great to finally get out onto a field for the first time this season. While Purdue was able to put together a few effective series on offense, lack of focus doomed the Boiler's to a humiliating loss. Purdue was out-hustled by the Buckeye's and failed to possess the ball effectively on the offensive end. Despite outstanding play in goal by Mike O'Neill the final score was 12 to 4 in favor of Ohio State Club.
Purdue would like to thank the Buckeyes for the match-up and wish them the best
of luck in the rest of their season.

Feb. 14th games cancelled

Due to field conditions our games against Xavier University and University of Cincinnati on February 14th have been cancelled.
University of Cincinnati was unable to clear the fields of snow in time for our games this weekend. As of right now these games will not be reschduled. Be sure to check out the schedule page for upcoming games.

Spring 2010 Callout

The spring call-out is scheduled to take place Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 8:30 pm in RSC 122. Practice will start the very next day so be sure to be prepared with all of your equipment and 2010 NCAA compliant heads. Hope to see you there!
